Built where the work happens
We started this because the tools our own clients used kept double-booking them.
Why this exists
We build and run software for field-service and hospitality businesses in the Tri-Valley. The same problem kept coming back: a night sold twice, a cleaner sent to the wrong place, a calendar kept in three systems and trusted in none.
Most tools either take a slice of every booking, or treat a property and a unit as the same thing. Neither survives contact with more than a couple of places.
How we build it
Small, careful, and close to the people doing the work. The rules that matter — the check-out day is not a night, a rate is copied rather than referenced, a direct booking beats a channel — are decided once and enforced everywhere, instead of left for someone to remember at the wrong moment.
If something here is wrong for how you run your places, tell us. That is usually how it gets fixed.
